Services: We work with high school students at all grade levels who are at any stage of the college admissions process, as well as college transfer students.

  • Advice on high school course selection, extracurricular activities, summer/gap year programs, and how to get great recommendations

  • Evaluation of student social and learning preferences and academic record through parent and student surveys and multiple discussions

  • Creating a list of colleges that are just right for your student academically and socially and just right for your family financially 

  • Planning college visits, what you need to do and what you need to show the schools

  • Assistance deciding which standardized tests to take and how to prepare for them 

  • Advice on the different types of financial aid and merit scholarships, which forms to fill out and how to do it

  • Brainstorming college essay and supplement ideas 

  • Application assistance, helping students present themselves with confidence and success

  • Application and essay review

  • Interview prep and resume building

  • Advice on current trends in college admissions

College Admissions Pricing:

For rising 8th and 9th graders — 5-hour package $1,250

  • Optional Aptitude/Interest Assessment —  $100 extra cost or included in the 20-hour package if desired

For rising 10th-12th graders* —20-hour package over 36 months $5,000

  • Any additional time will be billed at $250 an hour. Most of our students complete the entire process in 20-40 hours.

Hourly:

  • $295 per hour. *

* If a student is past May 1st of their junior year of high school, we will only work with them hourly.


Services: We also work with college students and those out of college who are considering graduate school and/or career opportunities.

Graduate School Advising:

  • Advice on graduate school programs

  • Advice on what you need to do to prepare for applying to graduate school

  • Advice on who to pick for recommenders and what information to provide them to receive the best recommendations possible

  • Essay brainstorming and review

  • Resume review

  • Interview prep

  • Advice on post application and post waitlist communications

Internship and Career Coaching:

  • Brainstorming content approach

  • Resume advice and assistance

  • Advice on using Linkedin and other platforms to be most successful

  • Help expanding your network and identifying opportunities

  • Advice on cover notes, thank you notes and other communications

  • Interview prep and post-interview assessments

Graduate School Advising and Career Coaching Pricing:

Comprehensive packages - 20 hours over 36 months $5,000*; 10 hours over 36 months $2,750**

*Any additional time will be billed at $250 an hour.

**Any additional time will be billed at $275 an hour.

Hourly:

  • $295 per hour.

How we bill: Hours are billed for time spent in person, on the phone or Zoom, time spent researching on behalf of a student/parent, and reviewing essays and applications. Time will be documented and prorated in 15-minute increments. Any time under 15 minutes will not be billed. We believe in accountability and transparency.
